Sunrise and Sunset Club 

Whizz Kids have recently taken over the before and after school wrap around care, with brand new timetables and menus imminent there hasn’t been a more exciting time to get your child in to club. I understand that some of you had been turned down places at club in the past due to a lack of space, this is no longer a problem and all are welcome www.whizzkidsclub.co.uk If this is something that interests you please follow the steps below and come and check us out, I am sure you won’t be disappointed.

1)           Head to https://whizzkidsclub.co.uk/accounts/login

2)           Press sign up

3)           Put in your details

4)           Add your children adding all relevant information about your child and there needs.

5)           Once signed in head to book now or our venues page

6)           Select Chichester

7)           At the top it will ask what you would like to book. Select before and after school or before school or after school these are all separate items and mirror the same prices as the previous provider. Morning session £7:50, afternoon session until 5 £11, both together £18.50 with the option of a £2 extension until 5:30 on all afternoon sessions. We have also put in place a slight discount if you need childcare until 5:30 everyday morning and afternoons for £95 for 5 days instead of £20.50 per day. There are now similar deals for just all week before school and all week after school. We are also looking to extend the day until 6pm in due course.

8)           Once you select your days press creating booking this will then take you to our poncho pay system.

9)           Follow poncho steps for childcare vouchers or card payments it will ask you for your card as a backup payment option this will not be charged unless childcare vouchers have not come through or there has been no attempt to pay. Poncho says after 14 days your card will be charged; it doesn’t automatically we have full control over whether it does and will contact you first to confirm if payment is on the way. (If you are a parent that requires prove for universal credit, does there childcare vouchers in arrears or works in our countries armed forces. Follow the poncho steps select tax free childcare put in your card details and when poncho redirects you to the tax free childcare press the X and close the page and email your days and when you can pay for that month.)

10)        Childcare vouchers through poncho will automatically credit your account any done not through the poncho system will not automatically be added to your invoice.

11)        You should then receive a confirmation email.
